Anna
Anna Olsson is a Dublin based yoga teacher who has been teaching in Ireland and abroad for the past 7 years. Anna’s yoga journey started with lots of intensity and heat, completing her first teacher training with Bikram Choudhury in LA in 2012. What initially attracted her to the practice was the transformative effect on her busy mind.
Anna is certified RYT500 in Ashtanga Vinyasa (It’s Yoga Nicaragua and Tattva Yoga Rishikesh) and holds additional certifications in Rocket Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. She has also studied Pranayama, Mindfulness and Buddhist Meditation, Vipassana, and often incorporates elements of these practices in her classes as a complement to the asana practice.
She draws her inspiration to teach from her own personal practice and passion for the yoga and believes that constant training and immersion in various styles and with different teachers is key. She is a travel bug and makes frequent trips to India and other parts of the world in the pursuit of ongoing learning and inspiration.
Anna’s teaching philosophy means sharing what we know, what we love and what we believe in – and doing so from the heart; inspire others to reach their full potential and hold a safe and fun space for students to learn and grow.

Mignon Van Der Linde
“Yoga forced me to listen to my body, mind and heart for the first time. “
I began my yoga journey only a short two months before taking a leap of faith and jumping into the TTC. I originally went to learn more about the practice of Ashtanga /Vinyasa. But when I returned and noticed the positive changes it had on my body and mind I knew that this powerful thing called yoga is something I wanted to inspire others to take part in.
I recently completed more training in India where I learnt more about Hatha yoga and found a comfort in the slow movements, static postures and deep breaths and completely fell in love.
One of the reasons I absolutely love teaching yoga is that at any moment teachers can be students and students can be teachers, It is a never ending learning curve.
I am honoured to teach and learn from all who join my classes.
